What personal data we collect and why we collect it?

Privacy is very important to us, therefore, we make sure to only use the absolute necessary, non-invasive plugins possible. Any tracking plugin used is to analyze visitor traffic, pages visited and number of clicks on that page. United Federation Starfleet website uses limited personal data outside of name and email. No email is ever sold or sent to any third party.

Here is a list of plugins that we use on this website to aid us in protecting the site and/or tracking visitor traffic enabling us to give you a better experience while visiting the UFS website. See the following sections for more information.

It enables us to connect http://www.ufstarfleet.org/main to WordPress to use the powerful features normally reserved for WordPress.com users. United Federation Starfleet has only the bare minimum enabled on this site using this plugin. Please see their privacy policy for a list of cookies that they store and other info.

Akismet Anti-Spam: Akismet checks your comments and contact form submissions against our global database of spam to prevent your site from publishing malicious content. You can read their privacy policy here.

Activity Log: This plugin allows us to monitor the activities on the site and act upon GDPR and privacy issues as soon as we discover them. See their support post about it here.

Yoast SEO: SEO Solution for WordPress websites and blogs that gives more analytic options than the limited ones found in other plugins. How long we retain your data
