The UFS Board of Directors jointly oversee the activities of the organization. Since UFS is a nonstock corporation, with no general voting membership, the Board of Directors is the supreme governing body of said organization.

Duties of the Board of Directors include:

• Governing the organization according to the rules and procedures
• Selecting, appointing and removing of Corporate directors
• Ensuring the availability of adequate financial resources

Chairman of the Board: Mike Calhoun
Vice Chairman of the Board: Sanstrom Laxness
Chief Financial Officer: Zed Drebin

Members of the Board as well as Corporate Directors are Real Life Positions with a lot of Real Life work and responsibilities that should not be taken lightly. These positions are seperate from anything involving the Second Life Metaverse or other Role Play/fan related positions/tasks.
