| Born on Earth in the year 2347, daughter of a Factory Engineer and a Dress Maker, lived in middle England, Earth. Parents were hardworking individuals, father worked as an Engineer all his life and on a few occasions I came by and visited him at work, I don't remember if mom knew tho she must have, mom on the other hand had a little dressmaking business going on with a partner it didn't last long tho, not sure why maybe the orders was not coming through. Since both parents passed over from illness, mom went first while I was still at high school, I was numb when I heard that she'd gone, I wanted to be left alone in my misery of it, then years later my father went it was the most saddened day of my life I felt terrible since mom died, I felt that we connected more closely with father, since father lost his job due to redundancy and now he was gone too. I had the family home all to my self and later had to decide either to move out into a smaller place or stay and wither in my family home. I was still making my decision when I was out on a day trip and seeing these Uniformed Officers home on leave. Been working from backstreet businesses for number of years and now and again daydream a lot about what kind of life could I have if I was not here on Earth. While working I had I also heard stories about the adventures that some people had once they enrolled in Starfleet Academy.
Since moving to the Delta Quadrant I have met some special people, two of those are Commander Peedy Thor and his lovely partner Commander Cheryl Skinstad who they have taken me under their wing since my parents back home passed away. They have been great and I was honoured for Peedy to give me away on my wedding day to my beloved Riker and Cheryl to be one of my lovely bridesmaids. The marriage later came to an end as of 2385-07-13. Joined the Academy after seeing uniformed officers home on leave, I quite liked their uniforms and wanted to wear one myself, I went up to them and asked where they were stationed, they told me out in space experiencing adventures and meeting new species, that sounded good and I wanted to see for myself what it was like out there i've never been off the planet before and i was interested in many subjects but the skills i had to offer was Administration, I know it was nothing much to use for experience with other cultures or species at least I know somewhere my skills would be used, so next day I got up early and went into the local recruiting office and enrolled to the Academy. Which means moving away from home (extended family and friends) to start a new life as a Starfleet Officer well as a cadet. Meeting new people in all sorts of fields and learning more about them and more about myself. I like exploring which I did that at home for many years growing up, so that aspect of having little adventures for myself I enjoyed so much which is one of the reasons why I joined the Academy to explore my new home and meet new friends. | |||||
