Description
Assists the Superintendent in all aspects of the job, is ready and able to take over the position of Superintendent when needed. Hires and trains new staff for the UFSA. Oversees the Colleges and the Deans.
Tasks
- Oversees the Staff of UFSA
- Hires new personnel and oversees the Colleges
- Reports weekly to the UFSA Superintendent
- Stays in close contact with all UFSA Staff and holds Staff meetings periodically
