General
The Office of Computer Operations (CompOps in abbreviated form) is the coordinating authority for all UFS online representations, as well as the external communities. CompOps coördinates and structures all the information online and manages the (regular) updates to these communities. CompOps works closely together with the Office of Public Relations & Marketing and Office of Intellectual Property Management to both explore new grounds for UFS and guard our public appearance and intellectual properties.

The database is comprised of people rather then resources in Computer operations. Computer Operations values the time and effort put in to maintain the representation on the Internet by the officers Below.

Wiki Staff
Wiki Staff guidelines:
- People on this list, except for those in personnel, are NOT allowed to edit Service Jackets. So do not ask them to, as their access will be revoked if they get caught.
- 1 person responsable for the content of that section, he/she will be the person first contacted.
- Each Branch, Division, ship or station may appoint 1 (one) extra person to help maintain the information
- The Ship / Stations's CO has the responsability for appointing/volunteering a person (and an extra if needed) to update the information.
- ComputerOps is NOT responsible for maintaining the information is there are no content managers. The CO is and always will be responsable in the end.
- It is not the Job of CompOps to "remind" said CO's that his/her station/ship/branch/division isn't up to date or needs a content manager.
