UFS Support Services is avalible for those who are having issues within UFS, be it social or duty, Second Life or Real Life. Support Services are here to try and help members through their problems at UFS and ensure they enjoy their time in UFS.
Everything within Support Services is confidential unless you want us to pass on the issue to somebody else within UFS. Over all we work on a open door policy, with confidentiality. With that said if you act in a threatening or harmful manner to another member or UFS as a whole it will be passed on to your CO and Dealt with accordingly.
As for office hours those will vary depending on the SS Officers Schedule, please just send an IM to the Director of Support Services Inworld or on the Forums.
