General

The Commander-in-Chief is the highest ranking officer in United Federation Starfleet and is primary responsible for command, control and administration of United Federation Starfleet and military strategy, operational plans and requirements.

The Commander-in-Chief is charged with the command, control and administration of United Federation Starfleet, including military/operational requirement, capabilities, options and the possible consequences of undertaking or failing to undertake various activities.
